Books4You handles print jobs from preparation through to finishing, with short turnaround times and a strong focus on quality and service. All production takes place in ’s-Hertogenbosch in a climate-controlled production facility equipped with modern printing equipment. Orders come in via the webshop, telephone or email and require streamlined supporting administration.
Books4You used AccountView for its financial administration, but the solution was no longer supported by the supplier. In addition, a growing amount of manual work and duplicate data entry threatened to limit growth and efficiency. The goal was clear: a modern, cloud-based administration platform that automates repetitive tasks, improves integrations and reduces the administrative workload.
In phase 1, we replaced AccountView on a one-to-one basis with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (cloud). Vasilok installed and configured Business Central as the central financial administration system, guided the migration from AccountView and provided training for the team. At the same time, we implemented bank integrations and established a connection with the production application, allowing orders from the webshop to be processed and invoiced automatically in Business Central.

Jos de Lang was responsible for the installation, configuration of the basic functionality, knowledge transfer related to the migration and functional coordination with the developers. He advised on process improvements and coordinated the technical adjustments.
With a small team, significant progress was achieved in a short period of time: not only a successful migration, but also immediate improvements to processes and automation. The customer demonstrated a great deal of flexibility throughout the project, which strongly contributed to its successful implementation.
The next phase of work will focus on completing the automatic processing of payments via MultiSafepay, further refining the integration between the production application and Business Central, and optimising the webshop to further reduce manual processing.
